I would still like Amex Centurion to be our flagship brand within the Tourism sector. 

Within the next 5 years we will provide hundreds of millions of Rand’s worth of free marketing material and web development, plus cutting edge financial, administration & CRM systems to maximize your profit and minimize costs.  Other than a few web links your current business will not need to be changed in any way

Over the past 3 years we have been developing a new brand www.ExperienceAfrica.com. Through trial and error, researchers, magazines, web development and peripherals this has cost me a few million Rand.  I will give this to you for free.  The current site is just a demo, your actual site will be “the bastion of what a travel website should represent”.

I wish to make 15 further websites for you, thousands of researchers and data in putters will make these websites the most concise of their kind.  The look and feel will be designed to attract five & six star travel.  This said low and mid budget holidays will also be available.  Including flights and last minute discounts.

The SIENNA software does so much more than make your website. It will completely run your new sub companies.  It has pioneering Administration and Consumer Relationship Software.  Administration and banking is handled automatically with “Zero possibility for human error”.  At the same time your sales staff will become super efficient and with the aid of the SIENNA ORGANISER.  Plus your brand will be further loved with the aid of the CRM (Consumer Relationship Software)

I suggest you make links to your new websites from relevant pages of your main AMEX Centurion website, allow the CRM access to relevant parts of your client database and utilize the CRM’S marketing advice options, I’d further advise to use the AMEX
Centurion branding and logo, but these are suggestions not requests.  How and where you use the software is completely up to you.
With the launch of your new “Experience Africa” website you will receive many free “EXPERIENCE AFRICA” branded magazines we hope to be sponsored by BULGARI and 2 Famous male and female fashion houses.  These magazines will be similar to the Cape Villas magazine including Luxury Experiences across Africa and informative content. Recycled paper will be used.

How you choose to allocate distribution is up to you.  I’d suggest 50,000 to your client database, 20,000 to send to new clients, 100,000 with Conde Nast Traveler UK & USA, 30,000 with another appropriate magazine and 40,000 placed in Hotels, Doctors waiting rooms, Lawyers offices etc.  We will pay all costs including printing and distribution. 300 page Oversized Hardback art books and a 90 minute film will also be produced.

In the first year we will make you 5 more websites featuring Global Villas and Conde Nast Traveler Tourist recommendations.  Each new website will see another 250,000 magazines distributed.

In the second year we will add the other 6 websites and you will distribute 3 million magazines, 250,000 a month.  Like before all this is free.

As the SIENNA brand’s flagship Travel Company, you will always be first to utilize the new marketing options and gimmicks that we offer, (which will be many).  One of my personal priorities will be to make Amex Centurion new sub brands as much money as possible as a testament to what can be achieved.
